A “Playshop” to explore TRUST AND SURRENDER, and to fall into the wisdom, pleasure and release that lies in being in the present moment.
Only with trust we can surrender.
This time we will focus on getting to know and explore the language of our Nervous System, as one gate into the world of trust and surrender. A lot of new possibilities can open up, when we create a loving relationship with our N.S.
To create a safe space in yourself, is essential for being able to let go, and fall back into trust. To trust is vulnerable, most of us have learned, that it can be not safe. Bur WHEN we trust and surrender, we can fall into the magical beauty of the unfolding of the moment. In a dance, in a relationship, in life.
