About the event
A “Playshop” to explore TRUST AND SURRENDER, and to fall into the wisdom, pleasure and release that lies in being in the present moment.
Only with trust we can surrender.
This time we will focus on getting to know and explore the language of our Nervous System, as one gate into the world of trust and surrender. A lot of new possibilities can open up, when we create a loving relationship with our N.S.
To create a safe space in yourself, is essential for being able to let go, and fall back into trust. To trust is vulnerable, most of us have learned, that it can be not safe. Bur WHEN we trust and surrender, we can fall into the magical beauty of the unfolding of the moment. In a dance, in a relationship, in life.
This is for you, if you: want to practice and learn to Trust and Surrender want to enjoy Trust and Surrender Are new to Contact Improvisation, and want some good tools to enter into the world of CI Want to deepen into the emotional aspects within a dance Are a curious soul that trusts and surrenders to the calling of being here.
Our main tools are Contact Improvisation, bodywork, trauma - informed psychosomatic practices, community work: space for integration and share.

A bit about me: I am a Intimacy & Sexuality Coach & Practitioner for couples and individuals, Intern in the Rosen Method - Psychosomatic Bodywork. Also a performer and clown. I am dancing, exploring, teaching, loving Contact Improvisation for more then a decade. Studied performance in the SVT Jerusalem.
